I found the one I liked but needed to talk to my husband about it when he got home that night and I'd let  T-Mobile know what we had decided. I was then told that if I filled out all of my information while I was there  and purchased 2 SIM cards, for $20 total, it would save a couple of hours if I decided to open an account later but that I was definitely not opening an account until I came back to authorize it. I was also told I would get a $20 refund if I decided not to open an account. By the time I got home I  received a welcome to T-Mobile email saying I would receive a bill in approximately 20 days. I had definitely asked if purchasing the SIM cards would open an account and I was definitely told there would be no account until I was ready to open one. I went into the store and I was told that I had an account with service (we hadn’t even bought phones yet) I was shocked and angry that I had been blatantly lied to. I asked for my $20 back and to return the unused SIM cards and they said they don't do that even though they said I could have a full refund. I was probably naive when I filled out the information but when you are with a reputable company you trust what their representatives are saying.  I am not saying T-Mobile is a bad company, I'm saying this store is horrible.  Go to any other T-Mobile store but this one.","rating":1,"collection":"Marin public-source records","source_url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURucnNtNk5BEAE!2m1!1s0x8085bc9cb631fa79:0xb9f7818b3b787593","observed_at":"2026-10-11T00:14:48.056Z","published_at":"2024-10-06T00:49:16.216579Z"},"source_id":"src_021c6322d448a8445eb1","updated_at":"2026-11-02T06:47:00.190Z","type":"Feature","geometry":null,"links":{"self":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_dca7ad54ffec77dda89ce984","children":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_dca7ad54ffec77dda89ce984/children","descendants":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_dca7ad54ffec77dda89ce984/descendants","inside":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/atoms/atm_google_review_dca7ad54ffec77dda89ce984/inside","graph":"https://miscsubjects.com/atlas/graph?start=atm_google_review_dca7ad54ffec77dda89ce984","page":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_dca7ad54ffec77dda89ce984","json":"https://miscsubjects.com/graph/atlas:atm_google_review_dca7ad54ffec77dda89ce984.json"},"ancestors":[],"children_by_kind":[],"edges_out":[{"rel":"about","id":"atm_ovt_60891875_1ce8_4cd9_92c7_530d58c9714b","kind":"LocalBusiness","name":"T-Mobile Authorized Retailer","share":null},{"rel":"authored_by","id":"atm_google_profile_2a1b549d85926695569919d2","kind":"Profile","name":"Lorin Kenney","share":null},{"rel":"in_collection","id":"atm_geoid_06041","kind":"County","name":"Marin County","share":null},{"rel":"on_platform","id":"atm_platform_google","kind":"Platform","name":"Google","share":null},{"rel":"review_of_place","id":"atm_google_place_17529345444b1e0dd873ef6b","kind":"GooglePlace","name":"T-Mobile Authorized Retailer","share":null}],"edges_in":[],"edges_in_total":1,"external_ids":[],"source":{"id":"src_021c6322d448a8445eb1","url":"https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m6!14m5!1m4!2m3!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURucnNtNk5BEAE!2m1!1s0x8085bc9cb631fa79:0xb9f7818b3b787593","license":"Public source;
