    "text": "When the winter rains hit, I discovered a couple of serious leaks.  The roof was on its last legs and needed replacing. The owner of Quevedo came out personally to inspect it and came in with one of the lowest bids of the many companies I contacted.\n\nDuring the job, I ended up needed a lot of degraded siding and plywood replaced as well. Quevedo gave me a fair deal on the extra work without any pressure or surprises. The owner and foreman were always accessible and answered every question I had along the way.\n\nWhat stood out most was the honesty and trustworthiness of the entire crew from top to bottom. Highly recommend Quevedo Roofing for anyone needing quality work at a fair price.",
