This leads the obligee to actually find out their is a collection on them through a negative remark on their credit report, and then subsequently forcing them to pay after their credit has already been harmed. In many cases the obligee doesn't find out till 1 to 2 years later, as most people don't check their credit reports frequently, and the damage has already been done.\n\nTheir BBB rating is an F.
