Have came to this Ross for years. Today will be the last time. Came in with no purse. Literally just my phone. Was followed through out the store by the loss prevention person. Even after I checked the colognes out they proceed to check every box I checked. It doesn’t end there. When I went to check out, I was rushed. Was told to grab my own receipt from the machine. Way to prioritize your customers! Discrimination at its finest!
