    "text": "Market rates for swimming. Access to pool water is excellent with stairs down the long side or a very gentle ramp into kiddie pool. Especially great for younger swimmers, with small gentle slide and spray area. No diving board, but after passing the simple swim test, kids and adults may dive head first off the side. Ample room for picnics on large grassy area and at tables near pool. Lots of sun and shade options. Busy on weekends, but still a great way to beat the heat. Wish it was cheaper :)",
