This kaleidoscope – a gathering of butterflies – symbolizes transformation: from earthbound caterpillar to airborne grace. The figure emerges from a dreamlike state into an awareness of its profound interconnectedness with all life. Flight Path Everglades Holiday Park Broward County Florida A twelve-foot egret is taking flight. Beneath them, concrete boulders allow for seating while awaiting boat rides. To encourage kids of all ages to learn about amazing birds in the Everglades, a plaque with descriptions is accompanied by twenty birds in silhouette along a "flight path," creating an identification game.
