I am proud to announce that we are transitioning our name to Evergreen Internal Arts . What started as an academy dedicated to Taiji has evolved into a vibrant space for internal cultivation, martial arts, Qigong, and movement-based healing. While the name is changing from Evergreen Taiji Academy, the heart of this community remains exactly the same. We will continue to explore Daoist Wisdom Arts, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and embodied practice with the same kindness and depth you’ve come to expect. Thank you for being part of this journey and expansion! Evergreen Internal Arts Online Fire Horse carries a fierce, catalytic energy—one that asks us to move and act from a heart infused with compassion Join Sally Chang and Forest Lin for an astrological conversation exploring the nature of Horse energy and what this year invites from us individually and collectively. Together, we’ll reflect on how Fire Horse energy can fuel heart-led action and how it can potentiate transformation. This event was a fundraiser in response to the injustice of /CE in Minnesota in January. Proceeds went to frontline organizers and humanitarian aid to local immigrant families they are protecting. Sally Chang (she/they) is a martial artist, trainer, acupuncturist, and founder of Evergreen Internal Arts. She teaches online and in-person, integrating over 30 years of experience in Martial Arts, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Daoist Cultivation, distilling them into practices of individual and collective healing. Sally Chang delivers depth and wisdom into embodied practice, and is known for her warm, focused presence. Forest Lin (they/them) is a BaZi Chinese Astrology practitioner, ritual performance artist, bodyworker, and mycelial connector who supports people in moments of transition to clarify their role, gifts, and ancestral assignment. They are shaped and sustained by movements and communities rooted in healing and social change, including CRE (Asian Refugees United), QiKi Club, Asian Diaspora Jam, and Chinese Medicine & Magic.
