I was looking for a repair shop for my 2017 Ford pick-up. It had reached 160,000 miles and needed new brakes, a windshield washer repair and a thorough inspection. First Street Auto was recommended to me by friends. Russ did a great job. He understood the windshield washer problem and repaired it permanently and inexpensively. All fluids and spark plugs were replaced. The truck drives like new again. When I came in to pick it up Russ suggested that my mileage might improve - it did by a full 10%. I cannot recommend First Street Automotive more highly - take your truck there and you will be very well taken car of.
Exceptional service! Took my 2018 Audi to another mechanic and was quoted some astronomical prices for repairs that I didn't even need to get done. Brought my car here after another person recommended First Street Automotive and I couldn't be happier. Not only did they say some of the things that were previously quoted were not even needed, but he fixed all the items necessary, asked if I would want to get another item fixed while they were at it, and quoted a very good price for everything. This was the most painless 100,000 service I have ever had! I will never go to another mechanic again and will be recommending Russ and First Street Automotive to anyone who needs repairs! Russ is one of THE most reasonable, honest and genuinely helpful people I know. He has turned that business from a local and very good repair shop to a beacon for people with broken vehicles. You may have been “burned” in the past by auto shops who are more “salesmen” that techs, to a beacon of hope to anyone who has a car. No only do I recommend First Street Automotive, but I challenge you to try them just once and see that I speak the truth. Hidden gem folks , really!!

These guys are the absolute best. I am on vacation, motorhome acting up, Ford dealer says he might get to it this week. Went to NAPA, these guys recommended First Street. Russ and Larry bent over backwards to get us back on the road in short order. Larry diagnosed the problem and Russ got the parts delivered and I was back on the road before lunch and at a very reasonable price.I highly recommend First Street Automotive. Thanks guys!
