The pictures tell the story. Download 2025 Newsletter Testimonials Everyone has a great experience at Camp Chance. These experiences I have here don’t compare to any events I’ve attended to interact with people. I love how Camp Chance is diverse and full of a great community. Camper I appreciate how I was given this opportunity. I hope that you keep up the happiness and joy you bring to others. Camper A big shout out to Zulieka for introducing me to this camp. Also this camp has made me feel connected as a community, not only to the people I have met but the officers as well. Camper When I first arrived at camp I was nervous as a cat, not joking. This year I had one of my favorite counselors so far! I had an amazing week. Camper I loved Camp Chance because it gave me a chance to come out of my shell and make new friends. Because sometimes it’s hard for me to make friends and I was scared my cabin wasn’t going to like me but I was wrong. Camper If anything Camp Chance gave me a chance, a chance to be me and hearing Jordan and Oso’s speech helped me remind myself of always staying true to myself. Camp Chance will always have a special place in my heart. The 12 year old girl inside me feels at home. Camper Middle School is a challenging time for kids. Camp Chance gives campers the opportunity to enjoy the fun of sleepaway camp plus some incredible learning opportunities. As the Mental Health Liaison at SRPD, it was a joy to work with Marin Academy students to present a mental wellness component to the campers. This included tools to practice mindfulness and how to bring care and compassion for oneself through art, gardening, and simple breathing practices. Of course, Blue, our Comfort Dog helped with this, too!
