READ THIS ONE: 5 stars are not enough! We found Karyn by sifting through realtor reviews and perusing websites. She didn't have the hugest web presence compared to many of the trendy, highly promoted websites so it took a minute to find this super successful, professional, personable, complete real estate expert! Her stats are at the top so maybe promotion not necessary. We were not first time home buyers in the Marin/Sonoma area. We have worked with very competent realtors. HOWEVER, we could not have been more impressed with how nimbly Karyn took us through the buying process in a beyond challenging buyers climate. Not only is she obviously very connected and respected by her colleagues, she's super knowledgeable about home construction, repair, and quality, she's connected to a million local resources and she knows a ton about the actual bones of a home. She knew a lot about neighborhood history and issues that impacted or in future might impact different locations. While we toured houses, she spotted everything from missing deck support to questionable electrical set ups. She really looks out for her clients. She helped us find an amazing house and negotiate a dream deal. We feel so lucky we chose to work with her! I can't say enough good things about our experience. Karyn was super accessible, responsive and patient. Should we ever sell or purchase again, we will run directly to Karyn!
