Child and Adolescent Therapy Child and adolescent therapy can identify the root causes of behaviors, school challenges as well as social and emotional dynamics. The genuine connection between a client and clinician is an essential tool to effective therapy. After working with youth for over twenty years, I have the experience to develop a healthy relationship using trust, empathy and play. Play therapy provides a contained way for a child to express their experiences and feelings through an imaginative and self expressive lens. Parent Collaboration and Consultation Parenting can be rewarding and challenging. Each child possesses unique strengths and challenges. Parent engagement in child and adolescent treatment is critically important. While navigating the demands of parenting, I provide a strengths based perspective to collaborate, empower and problem solve achievable outcomes to strengthen your relationship with your child. Coparenting and High Conflict Divorce With years of experience, I understand the complexity involved in separating and divorcing. Oftentimes emotions run high and families have difficulty navigating the changes to their family. I work with high conflict couples to prioritize the children’s needs, identify barriers to healthy coparenting and support each member to be the healthiest version of themselves.
