This place is not open 24 hours nor is any other loop gas station in Novato California. This is the third gas station that I tried that would not help me because I wanted to use cash and even though they had two cashiers sitting there, they said their drawer was put away and they would not allow me to buy gas... Even though I was about to run out. The Chevron on Roland had a sweet gal who was happy to help. Shell gas makes my car ping anyway.

I always come to this place with my mom since we live right next to it. We go there quite often in the morning before 7:00 and this is the only time they have been closed. That really isn’t the main issue though I’m just fed up because one particular hispanic lady who has previously been rude towards my mother and I was in the store behind the counter literally just looking at me as I was pulling the doors which were not opening, mouthing to her asking if they were open with some hand gestures so I think she got the message. Anyway, she just stood there and looked at me , not saying anything and I apologize to anyone reading this if you think it’s not valid to write a review about but this is the first time someone has done this with me in customer service and I genuinely think it’s so weird.

It's a gas station. You know, But this one is always stocked inside, says open 24/7 but I've never been in after dark. The bathroom when I was there was relatively nice, besides this nasty hand dryer, why even have that thing? It was clean, smelled nice, large, two single use. The door was hard to tell if it was locked but 🤷 what can you do. You just press this button and supposedly it locks the door.

We paid for air to fill our tires here. Saw the employee leave the store, having written it was closed on a sign in the window. Then, running, down the side of the building. Everyone deserves a break, I get that. But we never got the air we paid for and had to resort to a car air pump. So we were there for quite awhile then saw that he was somehow back in the store when another customer was pounding on the door wanting his receipt. Another person came with the same wish. Pounding on the door. Whoever this employee is came out of the back office, walked up to the door, and pointed at the sign, essentially telling the guy to go away. Then walked back to the office room he was in. Still barely getting air into our tires, someone else strolled through and said that this guy does it all the time. This was so egregious, disgusting, and shocking that I felt compelled to write the first non-5 star review of my life.
