Cranial Sacral Craniosacral massage or CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system Deep Tissue Deep Tissue focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to release the chronic patterns of tension in specific areas through slow strokes and deeper pressure on the contracted areas.
