I contacted Atco and they were quite response. Omar came out to our house and did a thorough inspection. They charge $295 for the visit which lasted about an hour. The follow up is another story. They have been sending me bids for follow up work. This includes cleanup of rat droppings which is our main problem. I did the cleanup myself and it took me about 15 minutes of work. Their bid for this work amounts to $675. I would consider that to be an excessive amount. Have called their office to ask about their pricing and was told that their estimate was for a four hour job. How is it that I could accomplish the same task in 15 minutes. They are clearly grossly overpriced. Buyer beware.

ATCO Pest Control sent Angel out to meet with us today about our home invasion by ants. Angel was very thorough in explaining the extermination process to us. We were pleased that he was able to treat the entire outside perimeter of our house today. We expected we would need to schedule another appointment. We highly recommend Angel and the ATCO Pest Control company.

ATCO has been extremely easy to work with, with responsive, helpful employees at every step along the way. Joel's initial termite inspection was incredibly thorough. He took his time and checked every room in my house, plus the attic and foundation. He listened to my concerns attentively and came up with a multi-pronged treatment plan. A week later, Jacob came out to do the treatment. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and like Joel, he did not rush through the process. He worked efficiently and neatly, cheerfully answering my questions; I appreciated his care in leaving my home and yard in good condition (no damage to plants or items). I feel confident in his efforts, and am hopeful that my termites are finally managed.

Ian was very professional, courteous and thorough. He looks through every Crack and crevice and identified every single point that vermin could enter the structure. I was very happy to meet him and he was a very pleasant person to work with. I will recommend Atco because of him.

Our tech came out on time and was very knowledgeable. He found many ant nests in the yard and treated them. The team was great from call in, to setting appointment, to service. Highly recommend.
