text: I contacted Atco and they were quite response. Omar came out to our house and did a thorough inspection. They charge $295 for the visit which lasted about an hour. The follow up is another story. They have been sending me bids for follow up work. This includes cleanup of rat droppings which is our main problem. I did the cleanup myself and it took me about 15 minutes of work. Their bid for this work amounts to $675. I would consider that to be an excessive amount. Have called their office to ask about their pricing and was told that their estimate was for a four hour job. How is it that I could accomplish the same task in 15 minutes. They are clearly grossly overpriced. Buyer beware.
