I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mattress Firm! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ray really listened to what I was looking for and expertly guided me through their selection to find options that fit my budget perfectly. Ray’s customer service was top-notch, making the whole process stress free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone in the market for a new mattress, you won't be disappointed!

Bill was a knowledgable and attentive salesman. He worked to get us a good price for our mattress. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the warehouse and the store and when our mattress arrived, there were key attachments that were missing. The attachments arrived and were installed by two very nice delivery men the next day. Overall, a very good experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Novato Mattress Firm. Walked in and Nick took great care of me. There was a sale going on and he pointed me in the right direction. I bought a firm mattress and box springs. It was delivered today by two wonderful people. I can’t wait to have a good nights sleep!

Wow Iliana saved my life today. My father has cognitive decline and just home from the hospital he was in a Medicare hospital bed and it was not good. I am in SanDiego and called Iliana and asked her to remove the price tags and just try to be a good sport as he came in tested soft and firm and that was critical. He loved his old foam bed. She was wonderful. This is exactly the extra mile these professionals take to make dreams come true. Imagine the trouble I was having feeling all alone to help and with caregivers escorting him he was able to make the decision and we all felt better. This was very meaningful to me for a long time and often the elder generation have qualities that are counterproductive and this team gave us the space and time to make it happen. They were prepared when he showed up and made him feel special from the get go . When I return in two weeks I will definitely be dropping by for a special tip for this team. Thank you Iliana for your humanity and stewardship. Very professional and understanding . We got discounts that were available and delivery the next day. Perfect. Thank you Matress Firm I have one as well and the cooling foam with top of lobe base and just love it. It changed my life when I was having trouble sleeping and physically on pain this system literally gave me my life back. I hope it has similar effect with Dad getting the rest he so needs and deserves

Janey was helpful in more ways than I expected. Professional all the way. I expected a difficult time with a warranty exchange, but the experience was quite pleasant. Would definitely recommend the Novato mattress firm store. Scott walked me through the process and it went as smooth as he said it would. The delivery team was a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. On time courteous and efficient.
