    "text": "Wow Iliana saved my life today.  My father has cognitive decline and just home from the hospital he was in a Medicare hospital bed and it was not good. I am in SanDiego and called Iliana and asked her to remove the price tags and just try to be a good sport as he came in tested soft and firm  and that was critical. He loved his old foam bed.  She was wonderful.  This is exactly the extra mile these professionals take to make dreams come true.  Imagine the trouble I was having feeling all alone to help and with caregivers escorting him he was able to make the decision and we all felt better.  This was very meaningful to me for a long time and often the elder generation have qualities that are counterproductive and this team gave us the space and time to make it happen. They were prepared when he showed up and made him feel special from the get go .  When I return in two weeks I will definitely be dropping by for a special tip for this team. Thank you Iliana for your humanity and stewardship. Very professional and understanding .  We got discounts that were available and delivery the next day.  Perfect.  Thank you Matress Firm   I have one as well and the cooling foam with top of lobe base and just love it. It changed my life when I was having trouble sleeping and physically on pain this system literally gave me my life back. I hope it has similar effect with Dad getting the rest he so needs and deserves",
