I have been a regular customer of this store and have always received excellent service. However, today I had a disappointing experience. As usual, I ordered a Venti-sized drink, but when I arrived at the drive-thru window, I was given a Grande instead. I politely informed the employee about the mistake, but her reaction was not pleasant. She simply told me that there were no Venti cups available. What disappointed me the most was not the size issue itself, but the way it was handled. The response I received did not reflect the level of customer service I have always experienced at this location. I left feeling disappointed and valued less as a loyal customer. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

Bad service, these people act as if it were busy. They had 6 employees and not one single person could say your “order is ready” or call out my name. I wasn’t the only one they had two sandwiches just sitting there… Go to vintage oaks location instead or the other Novato location but this drive thru location is beyond mediocre. Also one of the males working there couldn’t stand working there you could tell by his lack of service and way too soft spoken.

Very nice place with a cool sink on the outside of the bathroom The outlet closest to where I was sitting wasn't flush with the wall so I couldn't use it, but it wasn't a problem. Got a lot of work done!

I've been at this starbucks location every weekend for a few years, always had good experiences with most staff. But recently, there has been a few staff members that have given attitude, or seem annoyed that you're there. last weekend, I went through the drive through, and the staff member said "Hi what do you want" in a annoyed tone. Thats not very professional, most of the time they greet me with "Hi welcome to starbucks what can I get you". This specific staff member has always come off as passive aggressive and not welcoming. Also has not ever said "have a great day", "enjoy" or even a "bye", just hands you your item and says nothing. Overall, most of the staff is welcoming, but a few seem to be annoyed with the presence of customers. Contemplating ever returning to this store ever again.
