text: I have been a regular customer of this store and have always received excellent service. However, today I had a disappointing experience. As usual, I ordered a Venti-sized drink, but when I arrived at the drive-thru window, I was given a Grande instead. I politely informed the employee about the mistake, but her reaction was not pleasant. She simply told me that there were no Venti cups available. What disappointed me the most was not the size issue itself, but the way it was handled. The response I received did not reflect the level of customer service I have always experienced at this location. I left feeling disappointed and valued less as a loyal customer. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.
