They recently implemented a cap at 85%, but I was kicked off early then threatened to be charged idle fees. I get the concept, but don't tell me I can't charge to 97% at least. I won't be back. Going back to gas. I love my car, but it's a hassle as a renter. Good bye EV

As of 12/3/2022 these charging stations have been offline for a week and as of yet, not back online. They are being upgraded to what appear to be newer ones, however, the only option for anyone using electrify America is to go to Napa or Petaluma. I reached out to the company when this work started to understand what was going on and when they make be back online, but- crickets. As an EV Electrify America user, I got no heads up that the only charging station in this area was offline and would be for at least a week. What a terrible advertisement for EV Update- the work was completed after about 3 and a half weeks. No notices or outreaches on the closure or when it would open. This is allegedly the way of the future......

No problems connecting or staying connected. Gave me accurate updates of availability of chargers also, as we continued on additional site’s along our route.

Best Electrify America charging station around these parts. Google Maps keeps centering the location over Safeway; that's not where the stations are located. They're located across the parking lot from Dollar Tree/Anytime Fitness.

Nearly daily visitor here. Easy access and spacious location. There's almost always a charger available since there are 8 actual stations here (not 4 stations with 2 plugs each but you can't use them simultaneously, like many EA installations around here). And ALMOST always, they work great. 7 are 350kW CCS only, but I get about the same speed from the 150kW charger at the end (but I try to "LEAF" it open for the Nissans, as it's the only one with Chademo.)(Sorry, couldn't resist) It's a balanced installation so if there's a full house you might get a limited rate but I've only observed a limitation once lately. Plenty of shopping to do nearby while you charge.
