We bought a new iPhone for our office, and the experience was very good. The young man who helped us (I forget his name, he had tattoos on his arm) was very efficient, knew all the technical information and helped us find discounts through our account.

I've been in this store many times to try n straighten out a mess..to no avail. First time I went in and was told since I signed up at Target, they couldn't access my account. Not so cuz I ended up going back and they tried to help. This time, in order to get my "offer" and get my old phone paid off. They took my phone, made sense. Then I get a text AT&T they need ending bill from previous provider. I took that in when I gave them my phone Went back, with copy of bill. The guy was so rude!! " you have something real quick? " was how I was greeted. I said "no this is a big mess, you might want to sit" As I tried to explain what the last guy did and was told he no longer works there "with good reason " He told me my time to receive the "offer" had expired. I tried to explain and he just kept shaking his head "no" Im so frustrated I walked out before I got more upset!! Now what????

This use to be a great store. Now, not enough staff to help you even make a quick purchase. One person is not enough to service Novato, especially if they can't multi-task with customers.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Darrius for the amazing service he provided to me and my wife at the AT&T store. We went there on a recommendation from a friend after the team at the Petaluma store made some mistakes setting up my account. Darrius was incredibly patient and professional, he calmly explained everything, took the time to fix all the issues caused by the other store, and set up our account the right way. He truly went above and beyond to help us. If I ever recommend AT&T to someone, it will be because of the excellent treatment we received from Darrius.

I had a great experience upgrading my phone with Darius at the ATT Novato store. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to look for ways to find me the best product. He also explained things in a way that made it easy for a non techie to grasp. There was another salesperson or manager there that day as well and he was fluent in Spanish and equally as helpful as Darius. I have had less awesome experiences at the Northgate ATT so I am always very thankful when it goes smoothly and is actually fun. I highly recommend this location and especially Darius for helping with any ATT products and upgrades.
