    "text": "I've been in this store many times to try n straighten out a mess..to no avail.\nFirst time I went in and was told since I signed up at Target, they couldn't access my account. Not so cuz I ended up going back and they tried to help. This time,  in order to get my \"offer\" and get my old phone paid off.  They took my phone, made sense.\nThen I get a text AT&T they need ending bill from previous provider. I took that in when I gave them my phone\nWent back, with copy of bill.\nThe guy was so rude!! \" you have something real quick? \" was how I was greeted. I said \"no this is a big mess, you might want to sit\" As I tried to explain what the last guy did and was told he no longer works there \"with good reason \"\nHe told me my time to receive the \"offer\" had expired.\nI tried to explain and he just kept shaking his head \"no\"\nIm so frustrated I walked out before I got more upset!!\nNow what????",
