I was traveling from so cal to Oregon when my truck broke down. We needed to amend our reservation to the next day, the front desk refused. I made another reservation and when I arrived was told they cancelled the reservation because I was not there by 3 pm. Who does that? The front desk attendant (Nick) was just curt, rude and singularly unhelpful. I am a frequent customer for the past six years of this particular Days Inn due to work travels. After breaking down and then being poorly treated, it was a miserable trip.

My card was double charged for a room needed quickly as it was very late during travel. Noticed the charge within 5 minutes and called but was told by the front desk that, no refunds on check in dates we're permitted for any reason.

DON'T STAY HERE well if you like being overcharged being lied too and possibly catching a dangerous disease than this is the place for you. My grandmother found a tick in her arm pit and had to go to the hospital. We talked to the guy at the front desk not only was he rude and totally indifferent to her. He lied to us promised a refund but never came through, instead we get overcharged they charged us for are dogs even though there service animals with papers.

We secured rooms for our race team for a weekend event at Sonoma Raceway. The location is convenient and cost effective for this purpose. The rooms are comfortable and relatively updated. The location is quiet. All this worked well for us. We will definitely return for future race events.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Made sure to ask for a room with a refrigerator and microwave after I read all rooms aren’t equipped with them. The room looked like it had been updated more recently. Very clean. The bed was too firm for me, so I didn’t sleep well. But that my only complaint.
