    "text": "I was traveling from so cal to Oregon when my truck broke down. We needed to amend our reservation to the next day, the front desk refused. I made another reservation and when I arrived was told they cancelled the reservation because I was not there by 3 pm. Who does that? The front desk attendant (Nick)  was just curt, rude and singularly unhelpful. I am a frequent customer for the past six years of this particular Days Inn due to work travels. After breaking down and then being poorly treated, it was a miserable trip.",
