Stole $33.62 from me this morning. My purchases came to $27. He charged my card $60.62. Won't take old messages off of phone, so I can't leave a message. Nothing on website.

Just had the most awful interaction with a human ever! So unhelpful and very hostile. Should not be working with the public. Went to get gas at 530 am before my shift starts. The pumps rarely work, but its the closest gas station to my job. I put my card in one machine which it can’t seem to read, so I walk to the next pump to see if it works. It doesn’t register my card, but holds onto my card and I can’t get it back out. I go see the attendant. He doesn’t look up until I say hello. I ask him for help getting my card out or doing anything helpful. He keeps putting up his hands strangely and offering options other than getting my card unstuck from the machine. This back and forth odd conversation goes on for like 45 seconds and finally at the end he says “so do you want me to help you get your card out or what?” I end up telling him sarcastically that he’s been “super helpful” and I walked out. My card has now come unstuck on its own, so I grab it and leave. I will NEVER go back there!!

I just went to my neighborhood shell which I go to daily and met the new store clerk her name is Sophie. She was so kind and so sweet I really enjoyed my experience this evening. Definitely an asset to the Shell. She should be in management.

🤢💯 If you want to experience- Murica in Marin county, then this is IT. Graveyard shift employee couldn’t have been more disinterested in LIFE. I disrupted his - screen time 🤣, and he presented as irritated, outwardly hostile, and obnoxious. This “ Team member” assumed that I wasn’t going to utilize the customer loyalty option for me to register/ pay towards, and then was passively aggressive when I requested that he void the sale, and let me register to accrue points and savings. Whatever. I wish nothing but the best for this man, but really? @&(!?(:do your job.

ID for buying lottery ticket fantasy 5? I m over 50 years old. I asked her:"do I look like under 18?". She said:"yes". Really? I do have ID, but ...no way. Will not give her for that. Then she told about company rules... Emmaina or Emmania is her name. I asked the company phone number. Instead giving me a number, she called to Ricardo, and explained all in Spanish infront of customers. That is rude. He said to her, the number is on window. Hm...when I called I reached this shop. Very funny. It is ok, I can reach headquarters. Will never buy the lottery at this place, and will not get a gas from shell.
