Great service and advice. We had a great Lutron installation and support. Albert in particular was outstanding. He was great at troubleshooting our system and providing suggestions on the optimal lighting set up.

I have been depending on SoundVision for all my A/V needs for several years now and recently had a TV installed in a bedroom. As is usual, they did a great job. Albert managed to route power efficiently from another room to maintain a very neat and clean appearance. Can't recommend SoundVision highly enough.

A big SHOUT OUT to the team at sound & vision - their team provides exceptional technical service. Greg thoughtful and incredibly knowledgeable was able to guide me to the perfect size TV for my theatre set up. Multiple awesome technicians had to make multiple trips to my house since my first FRAME Samsung tv was damaged (Best Buy). Kevin was incredibly responsive and sent the BEST team over to finish the job- Greg and Seth , another visit with Donny & Chandler who were able to finish the job with superior technical skills, patience and excellent customer service. This company knows how to hire GREAT HUMANS!

Sound Vision has provided us with high quality and professional services for a few years now. We’ve enjoyed working with Spenser on several projects and appreciate how responsive he always is to our questions/needs. The techs that came last time, Neo and Rey were super friendly and took the time to explain the new switches being added. They even went above and beyond by combining function with an existing switch so we wouldn’t have to add another switch plate on the wall. We were very happy and comfortable to have them in our home. They were careful and considerate. Well done Neo and Rey!

Sound Vision is a great company. They know what they are doing. I need to give a shout to Greg who came out last week to address connectivity problems we’ve been having with our TV. I was so impressed with Greg’s professionalism. He was also very polite. Greg took a lot of time and care to assess the variables at the house with using 2 different Xfinity accounts and Starlink. I feel he went above and beyond checking that things were correct connected. He took his time. He didn’t rush. He addressed any issues he found on the spot and explained it really well. We haven’t been having any issues since. Thank you Greg!
