    "text": "Sound Vision is a great company. They know what they are doing. I need to give a shout to Greg who came out last week to address connectivity problems we’ve been having with our TV. I was so impressed with Greg’s professionalism. He was also very polite. Greg took a lot of time and care to assess the variables at the house with using 2 different Xfinity accounts and Starlink. I feel he went above and beyond checking that things were correct connected. He took his time. He didn’t rush. He addressed any issues he found on the spot and explained it really well. We haven’t been having any issues since. Thank you Greg!",
