Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This place is a great local rental company. It’s a smaller Enterprise but they have a decent selection. Had to use them for transporting luggage with family in town for the holidays. First time got a large SUV. Great size for all the luggage we were hauling. Kyle checked me in and had great customer service. Needed to pick up another SUV at the last week and Matt called to let me know a company was renting their large SUVs and they will only have a minivan available. And when I came to pick it up. Was offered two minivan choices. Van was clean and Matt apologized for not having the SUV I wanted but made sure I was okay and the luggage will fit. He even thanked me for being accommodating. I returned the van the next day on a weekend. And he was the one cleaning another rental car. Matt does it all! Thank you to Kyle and especially Matt for outstanding service. Congrats to Matt who is moving to another location in Santa Rosa! So I now have 2 locations for rental car needs in the area. Highly recommend the Novato location. Thank you for all the help.

I came to Enterprise after being in a car accident and needing a rental car. From the moment I arrived, Max was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so much easier. His customer service was excellent, and he guided me with patience and professionalism during a stressful situation. This location is lucky to have someone like Max who truly cares about customers and goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!

I was rear-ended on my daily morning commute. Within an hour of getting my totaled car sorted with CHP, the great Enterprise Representative at Novato Enterprise had me in a nice, clean rental car. I felt reassured that the billing would be a smooth transition from my personal credit card to the other driver’s insurance when they were determined to be at fault. There was no fuss or hassle, just terrific, warm and professional customer service. Same with the return. We have used this Enterprise location several times and will continue to do so. Thank you Enterprise!!!

RENT DIRTY CARS DOG HAIR FOOD DIRTY BUGS ALL OVER KYLE you promise to be there for me to pick up the car the next morning because he wanted time to clean it, but they give me a dirty car and Naomi Claims that took the car acting in fact filthy and then so I brought the car and Kyle did some cleaning, but I said I can’t rent a car that there was a dog in there with Harold over so he’s gonna give me another car the following Monday put in the company refuse to switch out I would not deal with this company any longer most of the cars either they have some problem with them. I’ll have had some breakdown on me and Naomi that gives you nothing but refuse to help denies cars that don’t start start etc complete fraud /negligence to backup clean policy .

This was the easiest and most seamless car rental experience EVER!!! I was dropping off a rental for my wife who had some car troubles with her ride and the manager Naomi was kind, professional, and extremely efficient! One thing that stood out was that I asked for a ride home and their shuttle driver just happened to be away for a while so the manager offered to comp me an Uber lift. That was a very professional and pro-long-term-business move. I appreciate that. I’ve done a lot of traveling for work and dealt with many car rental companies and I wish this level of customer service was standard in the industry. If your ever in need of a rental in Novato, look them up!
