This bank is horribly understaffed. It’s common to see a line of 10 customers waiting. One of the tellers is new and takes forever. So it can be 30 minutes to do a deposit or get change which I do often for my business. The merchant services is also incredibly expensive. Avoid!!

I have banked here for many years, both with my business and personal. The hospitality and professionalism is better than any bank I’ve ever been to. I’ve made relationships with long time employees which keep me coming back, and new employees who treat me with same courtesy like they did today. I can’t say enough good things about this branch.

From the moment I began working with her, she demonstrated not only deep knowledge and competence, but also genuine care and respect for my situation. She handled every question with clarity and confidence, and what could have been a complicated and stressful experience was transformed into something smooth, efficient, and reassuring. That level of service is rare and deserves to be acknowledged. Ons represents the very best of what a financial institution should offer — integrity, intelligence, and a client-centered approach. It is employees like her who build lasting trust and elevate the reputation of the entire organization! I had the best experience with Ashley. I needed a medallion stamp and it was proving to be quite difficult. Ashley was superb in assisting me through the process. It was a process that required a lot of calls and texts and appointments, and she could not have been more helpful and so kind!I have never received such amazing customer service at the bank. I will be going to Ashley going forward with my banking needs. Thank you Ashley!!!!

I was berated by a teller who refused to read my account notes, a fellow employee of hers with seniority had to calm her down. It was embarrassing for everyone. This lack of civility has led me to change banking locations. I hope she becomes educated and learns to treat others with dignity and respect.
