    "text": "This bank is horribly understaffed. It’s common to see a line of 10 customers waiting. One of the tellers is new and takes forever. So it can be 30 minutes to do a deposit or get change which I do often for my business.  The merchant services is also incredibly expensive. Avoid!!",
