what an absolute waste of time for the second time in this store! if you go there you can feel that from the beginning they are watching you minute by minute to see if you are not taking any clothes! I was with my mom and having some clothes to try on The person came to us while looking at our clothes and asked do you want me to prepare the fitting room for you? I said I am still looking !!! the vibe in this store and workers makes me sick. I will never go back

What an awful experience I just had. Even though I was aware of the time, fifteen minutes before closing. As I was approaching the register to check out a few items, I asked a basic question and two of the employees indicated me that I had 10 minutes before closing, right after her, the other one said, that means that we need to check you out soon. Are you kidding me? I left the two items right on top of the counter and walked out of that place. I need to add that when I walked into the store at 6:20, there were 3 associates and no one asked me if I needed assistance. They were pretty busy vacuuming and rearranging cloth, I guess all it matters is to close the store and go home which I understand, but I also had a long day at work, I get off at 6:00.

Terry helped me tonight and the last time I was in about two months ago . Very kind, helpful, and genuine person. She adds a very nice personal touch to this store. This store is nicely laid out and has such cute clothes. Thank you Terry!

Friendly staff, Ive had them hold clothes I find online. They are helpful and I always have a good experience at this Loft. Mind you more than half my wardrobe is from Loft so between Novato and Walnut Creek I've spend a lot of time in both stores. Have fun shopping ladies!

Love loft! The clothes quality is good. I always find something. The last time I went was pretty amazing. I had people asking to put stuff in my dressing room.
