Went in for flat repair. They removed the tire from the wheel to point out a brad nail that was in just the perfect position to not be able to repair. The other huge nail dead center would have been an easy repair. But the brad nail was still sticking out from the outside. You didn't need to remove the tire to see it. So, easy to tell the customer, hey- we might not be able to repair because of this. But no, they took the tire off of the wheel to make sure that I would buy a replacement. I told them to put the tire on and 20 minutes later, they still hadn't put it back on. The price for the replacement was more than the local car dealer. That should tell you something. The tire was also not available, so I had to wait a day. Before you get a flat repair, check the location to see if they have the tire and get a quote. Learned the very hard way. This place left a very bad taste. Never go for anything again.

They are honest, trustworthy and decent pricing. We've been going there for 20+ years. Great friendly staff and they work quickly. They don't seem to try to over sell unnecessary services.

I went in for new tires and an alignment with a short turn around time. Walter was super helpful and said that the car needed only 2 tires not 4! He chose a middle of the road price and told me that it would be done in a couple of hours. Super friendly, honest service at a fair price. What more could you want?

Great experience with George and Jaime. I came in because my tire was going flat and I needed a replacement. They got me in right away, assessed the situation, and even tried to repair it, but it was too close to the sidewall. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Being from out of town, this could have been a stressful situation, but they made it quick and easy and took all the pressure off. I really wish I had a shop like this near where I live. Novato is lucky to have them. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely stop by again.

I stopped by to have a very small nail removed from a tire our my SUV. The dealer wanted to replace tire that had less than 10k miles on it. To my surprise Big Brand repaired the tire for free! In a world where everything is monetized, they went beyond being a good neighbor! They get our tire business from now on!
