"text": "Went in for flat repair. They removed the tire from the wheel to point out a brad nail that was in just the perfect position to not be able to repair. The other huge nail dead center would have been an easy repair. But the brad nail was still sticking out from the outside. You didn't need to remove the tire to see it. So, easy to tell the customer, hey- we might not be able to repair because of this. But no, they took the tire off of the wheel to make sure that I would buy a replacement. I told them to put the tire on and 20 minutes later, they still hadn't put it back on. The price for the replacement was more than the local car dealer. That should tell you something. The tire was also not available, so I had to wait a day.\nBefore you get a flat repair, check the location to see if they have the tire and get a quote. Learned the very hard way. This place left a very bad taste. Never go for anything again.",
