Michele from Stewart was wonderful to work with. I would gladly work with Michele Piazza and her team again. Thank you for assisting both my client (The Seller) and The Buyers to a smooth successful close!

We appreciated the work of Michele Piazza so much over the 15 month title ordeal we went through as trustees and beneficiaries of a property beset by numerous complex trust and title issues. She was both professional and empathetic, as well as patient and knowledgable advising us, within her role as Escrow Officer, through each step. Rather than move on to another title company, we felt Michele would stick with us and make it happen to the best of her seasoned ability, and she did. Thank you, Michele!

I cannot recommend Maggie Wong and her team at Stewart Title highly enough! As the executor of my mom’s estate, I had the challenge of selling properties in the SF Bay Area within six months. Each property presented its challenges (tenant occupied, renovation delays, and expedited escrow requirements). Each sale was a particularly complicated transaction requiring approval by up to five beneficiaries (living across the country) and multiple trusts. We were very successful in selling two of these properties at top dollar in large part because of Maggie and her team. Key to our success was the ability by her team to meet the buyers expedited escrow requirements. Our escrow agent, Weisley Wong, was especially impressive as he ensured our trusts, beneficiaries, titles/deeds, financial accounts and agents were verified, organized, and ready for the scrutiny of each sale. When we were faced with an unexpected hurdle (tracking down a decade-old secondary trust held by a travelling beneficiary), Maggie and Weisley handled it with absolute expertise and tenacity. They went above and beyond to coordinate with all parties and ensure that no detail was overlooked. Last Friday, my family was able to celebrate closing on TWO of mom’s properties in ONE week thanks to the exceptional service of Maggie, Weisley, and the Stewart Title team. On behalf of the family, we want to thank and highly recommend Maggie, Weisley, and the Stewart Title team for their unparalleled Five-Star service!
