- I cannot recommend Maggie Wong and her team at Stewart Title highly enough! As the executor of my mom’s estate, I had the challenge of selling properties in the SF Bay Area within six months. Each property presented its challenges (tenant occupied, renovation delays, and expedited escrow requirements). Each sale was a particularly complicated transaction requiring approval by up to five beneficiaries (living across the country) and multiple trusts. We were very successful in selling two of these properties at top dollar in large part because of Maggie and her team. Key to our success was the ability by her team to meet the buyers expedited escrow requirements. Our escrow agent, Weisley Wong, was especially impressive as he ensured our trusts, beneficiaries, titles/deeds, financial accounts and agents were verified, organized, and ready for the scrutiny of each sale. When we were faced with an unexpected hurdle (tracking down a decade-old secondary trust held by a travelling beneficiary), Maggie and Weisley handled it with absolute expertise and tenacity. They went above and beyond to coordinate with all parties and ensure that no detail was overlooked. Last Friday, my family was able to celebrate closing on TWO of mom’s properties in ONE week thanks to the exceptional service of Maggie, Weisley, and the Stewart Title team.
