These guys are just the worst for handling disputes. I’m honestly I have explained my ex dispute weeks ago. I sent them the evidence of both my cases the person who took my dispute entirely handle it differently. The person who called me. They’re completely oblivious. I do not recommend this Bank. You have no backup for this dispute poorly handled Office. I don’t know who’s running that Customer Service. I suggest you send your money somewhere else. don’t use their visa. You don’t really have any protection over rental cars. We really don’t have any protection over anything travel or rental cars for that matter.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from one of the bankers about 30 minutes before closing on Saturday. I came in simply to get change for my business — something I’ve never had an issue with at Wells Fargo or Chase, even close to closing time. The banker seemed visibly irritated, sighing and mentioning that he had already closed his register and didn’t have a change account open. He then asked a colleague for assistance, who rolled her eyes and said her change had already been counted, even though she hadn’t officially closed yet. The interaction came across as unprofessional and dismissive, which was surprising and disappointing for a credit union that’s usually known for its community service and hospitality.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK. I went here to deposit a large amount of money and I didn’t see it appear in account for many days. I went back today to the branch in Petaluma with my deposit slip to find out the young girl here deposited into some random account, not mine !!! I noticed this happen last year but I never checked again. I will now be opening an investigation. This place is shady and has lost all of my respect. Seriously your going to accidentally put thousands into another person account .

Carlos De La Cruz, an amazing and knowledgeable accountant at RCU, our process was smooth and fast. He was open and answered all of our questions. He definitely deserves a higher raise. Please consider him! We highly recommend him.
