I sent them the evidence of both my cases the person who took my dispute entirely handle it differently. The person who called me. They’re completely oblivious. I do not recommend this Bank. You have no backup for this dispute poorly handled Office. I don’t know who’s running that Customer Service. I suggest you send your money somewhere else. don’t use their visa. You don’t really have any protection over rental cars. We really don’t have any protection over anything travel or rental cars for that matter.",
