This place is legit and full of choices for a pit stop, not just for your car but also for yourself; with a salad bar and amazing grab and go finger licking fast food. I love the service also they are friendly and very tentative.

DESPICABLE!! First, my receipt did not print. Second, to get the reprint, the lone cashier on duty was ON THE PHONE and gave me the "wait" hand signal. I waited 2 minutes for my receipt because the cashier found the phone call more important than a customer. What if the customer has a deadline to chase?

The drink fridges were set to heat mode. The whole wall was 75 degrees. I said to the guy who worked there, "Dude, why are the fridges so warm? You'd probably be better off turning them off!" He was like,"I don't pay the electric bill" and shrugged. The girl at the register was nice

Classic Shell gas station. Seems like a well stocked mini mart food and other thing. Over priced as usual for convenience stores. Service for the most part is very good, just don't have complaints because then things move at molasses speed. I had lots of trouble with their car wash not working right, mostly at the beginning. Now the car wash seems ok.

I went into Shell on S. Novato Blvd to fill up my tank, 3:30 pm on on Monday, I asked for $50 on the pump and handed them a new-style (with the blue streak in it) $100 bill. The clerk rejected my money and said he didn't have any change. Didn't even test the bill (which was sort of worn, not crispy new--it'd been in circulation a bit already).Yeah--no. I don't believe them. They'd been taking in cash for sales all day. They had change. And even if they hadn't, they're a 24-hour store. Yeah, they had change. I have NO idea why they rejected a $50 fuel sale. I left. No sale from me (and I won't bother trying to purchase gas there again in the future now). I drove down the highway to Safeway instead.
