"text": "I went into Shell on S. Novato Blvd to fill up my tank, 3:30 pm on on Monday, I asked for $50 on the pump and handed them a new-style (with the blue streak in it) $100 bill. The clerk rejected my money and said he didn't have any change. Didn't even test the bill (which was sort of worn, not crispy new--it'd been in circulation a bit already).Yeah--no. I don't believe them. They'd been taking in cash for sales all day. They had change. And even if they hadn't, they're a 24-hour store. Yeah, they had change. I have NO idea why they rejected a $50 fuel sale. I left. No sale from me (and I won't bother trying to purchase gas there again in the future now). I drove down the highway to Safeway instead.",
