Extremely unprofessional experience. I’ve been to this salon multiple times. I explained that I accidentally booked more than one appointment because I had difficulty navigating the online booking system, but instead of helping resolve the issue, Kendra repeatedly canceled every appointment I attempted to make. Throughout my visits, there was often a strong odor that smelled like cigarette smoke or marijuana, which was not what I expected in a professional salon. When I later questioned an attempted overcharge on my card, I was met with rude, dismissive behavior. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, Kendra began yelling and speaking to me in a threatening manner. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. I will also be reporting my concerns to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.
