I had an extremely disappointing experience at Chipotle thanks to an employee named Beth. From the moment I approached the counter, she had a rude and dismissive attitude that made me feel completely unwelcome. She barely acknowledged me, seemed irritated by basic questions, and handled my order with zero care. Customer service is a huge part of the experience, and Beth clearly doesn’t understand that. Instead of being helpful or even just polite, she acted like I was an inconvenience. It honestly ruined my visit. If this is how customers are treated, management seriously needs to step in. Employees like Beth reflect poorly on the entire business. I won’t be coming back if this is the kind of service I can expect.
