Let me preface with retail is hard. Retail during the holidays is extra challenging. Everyone is doing their best. However, today I go into this See's candy. Only one of the four employees acknowledged me—without a smile or a “be right with you.” As the line stagnated, two other customers left in frustration. When I asked the assistant manager, Hardy or Harlan, to ring me up, he pointed to the line and curtly said, “There’s a line.” His response felt dismissive and rude. As an assistant manager, I expected better attentiveness to customers needing assistance. While I’ve had great experiences with the staff here, particularly the Asian employee who provides excellent service, this visit was disappointing. I’ll be visiting the Corte Madera store instead.

It's a family affair and some of the nicest people. Once I found this place, I cannot express enough how adept and professional this hard-working family is. He is patient and helps me fill out all forms. Highly recomend if you want to support small, local businesses.
