"text": "Let me preface with retail is hard. Retail during the holidays is extra challenging. Everyone is doing their best.\nHowever, today I go into this See's candy.\nOnly one of the four employees acknowledged me—without a smile or a “be right with you.” As the line stagnated, two other customers left in frustration. When I asked the assistant manager, Hardy or Harlan, to ring me up, he pointed to the line and curtly said, “There’s a line.” His response felt dismissive and rude. As an assistant manager, I expected better attentiveness to customers needing assistance. While I’ve had great experiences with the staff here, particularly the Asian employee who provides excellent service, this visit was disappointing. I’ll be visiting the Corte Madera store instead.",
