This is the third time I have come in for propane and people that work here clearly just are too lazy to walk outside. The manager Paula said we are sold out, a common excuse, so I checked and they were not out. There was a fresh tank on the top shelf. I went back on and nicely said actually there is one in there on the top shelf. She said no as of today we are sold out. I said but you’re not I can see the tank. She said oh well I don’t have keys. Which was clearly a lie. I said so you just don’t want to walk out and get it and she nodded yes. I asked for her name and she said Paula and I’m the manager. Like this is crazy. It’s a business turning away customers because they are too lazy to walk 10 ft outside. And to be a manger doing this?! I am just so frustrated. Now I have to drive around to find someone else that has propane because she care so little for her job or customers. Shame on you.

Usually not super busy. Chargers are clean and it's conveniently located in a shopping center with a lot of stores. My wife and I often park then walk to Target, where she spends too much money on things we don't need.

Matt came out and gave us the best estimate and was very friendly. His crew was super nice and did a great job taking care of our junk pile and even cleaned up after. They got the job done quick and enjoyed and took pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using them again in the near future and recommend anyone looking for junk removal to use Customized Hauling. Thank again Matt and team, you guys were great!
