- This is the third time I have come in for propane and people that work here clearly just are too lazy to walk outside. The manager Paula said we are sold out, a common excuse, so I checked and they were not out. There was a fresh tank on the top shelf. I went back on and nicely said actually there is one in there on the top shelf. She said no as of today we are sold out. I said but you’re not I can see the tank. She said oh well I don’t have keys. Which was clearly a lie. I said so you just don’t want to walk out and get it and she nodded yes. I asked for her name and she said Paula and I’m the manager. Like this is crazy. It’s a business turning away customers because they are too lazy to walk 10 ft outside. And to be a manger doing this?! I am just so frustrated. Now I have to drive around to find someone else that has propane because she care so little for her job or customers. Shame on you.
