Ryan showed up promptly and with an excellent, professional attitude. He was quick to problem-solve, respectful of our home, and explained the process to me so I understood what needed to happen presently and in the future with our AC system. The pricing was more than fair, and I would trust Ryan, and Kelly Plumbing and Heating in general as they seem to select excellent employees, with any and all services. We will absolutely be using their service again and would absolutely recommend to our neighbors. It's a relief to have our system up and running again just before the heat rolls in for the summer. Very happy with the experience; the communication was excellent as well.

Of all of our favorite places to eat, this is one my wife and I count as the very top tier. The service is always excellent. We've never asked for anything to not receive it or have the item forgotten about, they are always quick to accommodate, and every person who works here is friendly and well mannered. As for the food, it is the best sushi I've ever had next to Bamboo in Portland (and still, I think I prefer Sushi Tri). When we're travelling, we now frequently overlook sushi places simply because the fear is that we will just miss what we get at Sushi Tri. We are creatures of habit, so usually, we order any combination of the pork gyoza, the California hand rolls, the King Dragon Roll, the Mount Fuji Roll, and the spicy tuna tacos. More often than not, we will order all of these things, if we aren't trying something new, and often, we'll walk out considering coming right back in for more in a disguise, so we don't look as shameful as we feel wanting more when we're full (but looking ridiculous isn't off the table). Their ramen is also fantastic, and among my favorites. The dining area is always spotless, and is very comfortable. If you're worried about missing an important game when having dinner out, they've got that covered, too. We've never had too much trouble getting a seat here, but it does get busy, because it is, indeed, the best. We recommend Sushi Tri to literally anyone who comes into Marin.

We've been coming to this place for ten years now (my wife even longer), and a word on the quality of Batika in it's entirety is long overdue. To start with, our son is incredibly hesitant to try things outside of the realm of pizza, Mac and cheese, or nugs. Always has been. From four to fifteen. But he really loved the lamb rogan josh, the tandoori chicken, and oh, how he loved all the na'an. The spicy bomb is a favorite between we parents, and the aloo Gobi is an every-time order. We are often the type to order a meal to go; my preference is always pajamas at home, however we often choose to eat in the restaurant because the folks who work here are so wonderful, and the atmosphere is so comfortable. This is my favorite Indian spot, even factoring in the many places I used to love in Portland. We will always come back, and we send anyone asking for a good place to eat in Marin to Batika without hesitation. Whether you choose to sit outside in their charming courtyard or indoors in their comfy dining area, you're sure to have an excellent experience. Everyone here works very hard and they produce magic in their dishes.

Our family has been coming to Ming Yen for eleven years now, and our son is a very sensory oriented person who finds new food tastes and textures challenging to try. Not here, though. He'll even eat the spicy stuff, here! We frequent this place for to-go orders, not because in-house dining isn't pleasant, but because it's the restaurant whose food stays perfect until long after you get it home. We do dine in-house when we're feeling like being "out" for dinner, and the service is absolutely wonderful. We have, however, seen some INCREDIBLY impatient, entitled and sometimes just racist customers come in here though. This place, however great it's been all eleven years for us and a good number of other locals, really seems to be a magnet for customers that like abusing staff or eating five to six plates of food and then say it's terrible and demand the money back. The staff and owners always handle it with grace, but unfortunately, when they don't give someone who ate every bite a full refund, while still offering to make it as right as you can for a con artist, that person will usually take to yelp to complain. Or Google. I've watched this play out more than a handful of times, and it really blows my mind just how poorly behaved people can be. We regularly order the Singapore rice Noodle, the dry green beans, any one of their appetizers at random, and either the won ton or the hot and sour soup. It's all fantastic and I don't recall ever loving any of the similar restaurants I frequented in Portland more. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliably fresh and delicious meal. They're more than generous and the quality of the food is outstanding. In our home, it's a comfort food.
