I called to inquire about pricing for several items. When I asked about one item, the woman on the phone asked if I had called yesterday. I said yes, and she responded, “I already told you the price for that yesterday.” The tone was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Even if I had inquired about the same item before, there is no reason a business should make a customer feel like their question is an inconvenience. There are many possible reasons a person may not remember a price, and a professional business should simply provide the information again in a courteous manner. If this is how they handle a basic pricing question, I have no confidence in how they would handle my business. I will be going elsewhere and do not recommend this cleaners to anyone who expects basic respect and professionalism.
