    "text": "I like Rite Aid due to distance to home, the store is huge, clean, but...customer service needs working on. I deal with customer, and its good to always to acknowledge customer when arriving in store, when purchasing and paying. Looking at customer face to face shows your giving all your attention to them, show you care, and always welcome them to come back as they leave and thanking them for shopping at Rite Aide. May I say not all customer service is not pleasant well only one is totally awesome forgotten his name, but I remember his description. He has blue eyes and black curly hair, young man... Thank you for your great service.",
