    "text": "If I could give ZERO stars, I would!\nI went to get a basic pedicure and manicure a few days ago.  The most HORRIBLE pedicure of my life.  They cut my nails almost to the bone and my toes were bleeding.  Now, 3 days after the pedicure - they are still bleeding. One of the toes is infected because of such a deep cut. I can only wear soft sneakers and will not be able to wear any other shoes for awhile (and I have a wedding to attend). Manicure was less horrible, but they cut my nails much shorter than I requested and didn’t really clean up the cuticles either.\nWill never go there again!",
