When I arrived,  I arrived thinking I didn't need an appointment, the bank manager, Miranda, was extremely understanding and sought to find a solution and not just say: \"sorry you don't have an appointment.\" She was extremely kind and thankful and truly wanted to help. I saw some other reviews saying there wasn't any good customer service, it couldn't be further from the truth. Honestly recommend this branch for Novato as a whole.",
